Decorator Retiree Membership Application

Thank you for applying to the SDSA as a Set Decorator Retiree.
Set Decorator Retirees must have held an active Set Decorator Membership with the SDSA before retirement.
Once you have completed your application, return it with an application fee of $125.

​Applications will not be processed without the $125 payment.
We only accept credit card payments online.
Contact the SDSA to pay your annual dues by invoice.
